Let us pray

Heavenly Father, we give You thanks for the gift of a new day.  We praise You for Your mercies and Your love which go beyond all we could ever imagine.  How awesome are Your works on our behalf.  We sing in the shadow of Your wings.  O’ what a blessing it is to know You, Lord Jesus.  We praise You for the saving blood of Calvary.  Thank you for Your all-encompassing forgiveness and Your endless grace.  We meditate on Your ways for You are the God of Israel who performs miracles, displays Your power and redeems Your people.  Thank you, Jesus for Your faithfulness. How we praise Your holy name.

Lord God, we pray You would surround us with Your presence today.  Open the doors of heaven and fill us to overflowing.  Forgive us Father for our unbelief despite Your wonders.  Fill our minds with remembrance of Your Word.  You are our Rock and our Redeemer.  Forgive us for faltering in our faith, for You, O’ Lord are faithful and steadfast to a thousand generations.

Lord Jesus, we pray You would still the roaring of the seas of doubt and calm the turbulent waves of unrighteousness in our nations.  We call forth songs of repentance and joy in our leadership.  O’ Lord Jesus wash over Your people with a fresh anointing of revival that brings forth new fruit.  May we joyfully take on the mantel of intercession until the very gates of hell feel the weight of the prayers of the saints, until the dark clouds of difficulty rise, until the mountains give way!  Let this be our calling, we pray!  Bring victory where there is a spirit of defeat and enlarge our territory of promised results.  We rebuke the stagnation of the saints in the church and proclaim a new birth of believers completely devoted to the purposes of God, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father God, hear our prayers for the redemption of those we love.  You see our tears.  We lay them at Your feet, today, trusting You to do a miraculous new work.  Bring dead bones to life!  Restore hearts of devotion to You and show us great and mighty things.

In the powerful name of our Almighty Lord and Savior, we pray
