Let us pray
Thank you, Lord Jesus for this new day and for the blessing of being in Your presence. We pause in this moment and worship our Lord and Savior. Thank you, Jesus. We seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness for we want to be in Your will. Give us an unwavering desire to come before You each day, in the stillness of our hearts, listening for You to speak. We bring our offerings of praise before You, Father God and worship Your holy name. O’Hallelujah!
We come before You, Lord Jesus and pray for revelation, repentance, revival and rejoicing. Release the Holy Spirit in a new way today that we may proclaim Your word with power and conviction. Reveal the greatness of the work to which You have called us. We want to share in Your purposes and succeed in Your plans. Give us renewed courage and faith to walk in our divinely appointed design. May we view this world with eyes that see the lost that we may impart life, love and hope each and every day.
Father God, give us the desire to live a consecrated life of prayer. We put our lives in Your hands to be used for Your sacred purposes. May the faith we establish today, not only minister Your life in the present, but also in tomorrow through the seeds we plant. Take our disappointments, our sufferings, our pain and transform them into mighty testimonies that minister Your hope, Your healing, and Your salvation. We have all known great sorrow, but thank you, Jesus, we also know the faithfulness of our God.
Bring revival in our hearts, we pray. Send an army of heavenly hosts to shake the foundations of this world and wake those that are asleep in darkness that they may see the glory of the one true God. Draw the lost back unto You, Lord Jesus. We bind the forces of evil and proclaim victory by the power of the blood of Christ. We claim our homes and our families for Jesus and reclaim any territory that may have been lost. We pray for godly marriages, healed families, restored minds, and whole bodies. Bring miraculous inventions, in the mighty name of Jesus. We give our nations to You and pray for Your mercy. Wash over our lands and reveal Your glory.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray
Scripture
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. John 17:3
Quote
What were we made for? To know God. What aim should we set ourselves in life? To know God. What is the eternal life that Jesus gives? Knowledge of God. What is the best thing in life, bringing more joy, delight, and contentment, than anything else? Knowledge of God. ~J.I. Packer
